Excercise Physiology (AEP) based

Reformer & Matwork Pilates

Pilates started in the early 20th century, and over the years, has  evolved within the exercise rehabilitation and performance realm. Our instructors are dual trained with a university degree in Exercise Physiology, as well as clinical pilates instruction. Our studio has a progressive model of guiding our clients through each stage of functional movement whilst working towards your specific goals. When done correctly, reformer pilates is a great way to stay active everyday, manage chronic diseases, musculoskeletal injuries &/or pain, as well as level up your exercise performance.

Our Group Classes

All of our classes are run by accredited Exercise physiologists & Clinical Pilates instructors.

Group Reformer Pilates

All Levels ( Max 7 participants)

The Group Reformer class is perfect for participants who have completed reformer pilates several times before and have stable injuries and/or pain. This class is for all levels and the instructor will give beginner, intermediate, and advanced options within the class exercise repertoire. The main point of difference with this class is that it is run by a qualified accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) who has further studied clinical pilates, to help with injury and pain management, sports performance and general health and longevity. These classes attract a higher fee due to the additional instruction provided around injuries, chronic disease management, and specific sporting goals. Exercise Physiology based classes are claimable through nominated private health funds.

Bone Fit - Hybrid

( Max 7 participants)

Build stronger bones and better balance – at any age. Bone Fit is a targeted group class designed to improve bone mineral density, balance, and functional strength, with a focus on osteopenia and osteoporosis prevention.

Led by an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and clinically trained Pilates instructor, this class blends:

  • Balance and stability exercises
  • Resistance and reformer based Pilates.
  • Age – appropriate plyometrics
  • Ideal for women navigating perimenopause or menopause, and anyone looking to stay strong, confident, and independent later in life.
